Had my interview (online-out of state) today for the Critical Care track!! It was pretty crazy; honestly one of the hardest interviews I've had so far! It was a panel of 3 women, who were extremely nice- so don't stress about that. They asked some basic behavioral questions, which you should have clinical stories in your mind for. The second part is the scenario/case study of the patient getting progressively worse. I don't know how many of these case studies they have, or if its just one? Regardless, its basically asking for your clinical reasoning/ critical thinking skills. How you assess and intervene, specially when things go down hill. Good luck for anyone who is still interviewing! We hear back (regardless of yes or no) on the 24th!

Anyone else hear back after the PICU interviews? They said that the 30th was their final interview date, and they'd let us know after that.

I hope so! I know how stressful and challenging this process is. I've had several interviews and let-downs other places. I hope that this thread can be insightful, encouraging and a place where we can all support one another through this process!

Hello new grads! I thought I'd make this for those who applied to Cook's RN Residency program for October 2017! Applications were due on June 22nd, and today they have started notifying us for interviews! Timeline posted on their website: interview notification: week of 6/26 interview week: 7/10-7/14 selection and notification: 7/24 start date: 10/2
