Hi everyone!

Just starting a thread for DSN april admission 2015 :)! I bet everyone is eager to hear back... only a few more weeks yay! Has anyone else applied?

Awesome let us know how it goes! Mine is Jan 5th. Does anyone know what sections of the HESI entrance we take?

It went amazing! I loved it!

Hello, I recently applied to DSN this December for the BSN completion program in July 2015. I am so excited and nervous about what their response is going to be. Anyone have any tips or suggestions on the HESI A2 exam to get in and about how long it took to hear back from the school on acceptance or not? Thanks!

Good for you! I don't know about the hesi because I already have a degree so didn't have to take it. I found out exactly six weeks from the application deadline. Good luck! :)

Crystal- when you go for your interview they give you a hesi book and I was scheduled to go back to dsn and take it 2 weeks after my interview the Only sections you take for DSN are math, reading, vocab and grammar. No sciences. 75% needed on math and 75% for the other 3 combined. I've studied for a bit and the material is not difficult bit you will want to go over it beforehand. There are HESI quizzes on each section you can find through Google and quizlet. And like agriggs said 6 weeks from application closing date :)

Also applied for July start...so nervous y'all! This is my first choice school(due to the length of the program mostly) and I don't know how I'll stand waiting six weeks to hear! Ugh =[ If it's exactly six weeks it'll fall on mardi gras break and I don't want to be checking my email every 5 minutes!(but I will and I already am even though its way too early)

I think our 6 week mark 9 the dot was a Wednesday but many people heard on Monday of that week. Notifications went out all that week and into the next too so it will be right around that time! Best of luck to you jellyfish!

OMG!!! I have been pulled from the alternate list today. I have been waiting for this day forever, and thank you futurenurserebecca, flyin999, and agriggs for your words of encouragements. Just to make sure, having an interview mean you are in, correct? For those that went in for the interview, how was it? Do they ask you alot of questions? Thank you.

I got pulled too!!

I got pulled today as well!

Yeah to us!!! When are you guys interview? Do you guys currently reside in Denver?
