Just starting a thread for DSN april admission 2015 :)! I bet everyone is eager to hear back... only a few more weeks yay! Has anyone else applied?

Hi, all! I have my interview February 11th. Would any of you be able to provide some insight on how your interview went, specifically for those of you with previous bachelors bc you don't have to take the HESI. Thanks guys! I'm super excited and anxious for this interview! Hope to be able to meet you all soon :)!

Yaaay!! Congrats to all those that got in recently!!! I had my interview and took the HESI already. (If you have to take it don't sweat it at all). As far as Im concerned, Yes the interview means you got in as long as you can pay for it. Basically the person I interviewed with talked about the school for a while and what was expected, we did a tour, we did some paperwork. I was asked about a plan for childcare since I have kids, I was asked why I want to be a nurse and why DSN why April start date. Just be honest they just want to get to know you :) since I needed to take the HESI I did that, then after tried scrubs on for sizes, they take your school ID photo which I wish I would've known about lol and sign enrollment papers! I'm assuming if you have. A BSN already they'll do that on your interview date or after you meet with financial aid. I have one more meeting with FA. And then on to orientation! :) congrats again everyone! Can't wait to meet you!
