Denver School of Nursing- April 2015 BSN completion option!

Published

Hi everyone!

Just starting a thread for DSN april admission 2015 :)! I bet everyone is eager to hear back... only a few more weeks yay! Has anyone else applied?

And yes I do have a previous Bach degree

At the time of application- I had my Associates, 3 prereqs to finish still, a 3.3 GPA overall, cna license but no job and I had just started volunteer work at a hospital. Keep your head up!

I also have a bachelors degree. I have 1 prereq left with 4.0 GPA. I have CNA license+ 8 months experience, but I heard that many people have 2. xx GPA with CNA license were accepted too. They look from many things. The essay is the most important. Try to stay positive. You haven't known the answer yet.

Thank you guys for your words of encouragements.:) I'm going to try to stay positive. Its just really frustrating not hearing anything yet, since people already heard from admissions. Congrats to you guys on being accepted:up:

I was put on the alternate list for the April cohort.

Hello everyone! I just found this post, I also have an interview for the Denver school of nursing! Both very excited and nervous. Looking forward to hopefully meeting all of you. Congratulations everyone! :)

Lovelysandy I have seen a few people on here get pulled from the alternate list so don't give up and there's always the July start (I think that's it anyways) best of luck that you get pulled from the list! And yay megan!! Feel free to look me up on Facebook [email protected]

I am on the alternate list... I hope I get pulled!

Is it too late to apply for the 21 months start on April 2015? I saw on their website it says deadline is on January 1 am I wrong or right. Congrats to all!!!

nurseaddict yes, it is too late to apply for 21 months BSN program for April start, but ASN takes 18 months, and its deadline is Jan 1st. Here is the link . For BSN completion option, if you apply by Jan 1st, you will start in July. Good luck with your application. :)
