I was wondering if anyone has been accepted into this program. I just took the HESI and received a 84% and I have 3.235 GPA. Should I be worried that I'm not going to make it in to the program at all?

How has class been going?

It's been going really well I think. Though That midterm had some ridiculous questions on it!

Hello I know this is an old post but how do you ladies feel about Chamberlain now that you have started. Is is a good school? And do you feel like you are getting a quality education. I heard that if you attend Chamberlain you are limited to where you can go for advanced degrees because they in and out of accreditation is this true. I really would appreciate your feedback

I really like it so far.. I am just starting my second semester and it has been great. I attend the St.louis campus, and they have kept constant accreditation. It's definitely a great school to look at it.

Hi there!

I hope you don't mind me asking, but what does you daily schedule look like? What hours do you go to school, and is there an evening or night option? Also, how many days a week do you go to the campus? Sorry, but my advisor isn't much help!!!

Thanks!

Thank you so much for the reply. I have been hearing a lot of mixed reviews but more negative than positive so I am very iffy about Chamberlain. Do the grads from Chamberlain have difficulty finding employment or getting into grad schools. I really want to go to nursing school.

I enjoy it and I feel like I am getting a great education because I WORK!! I have multiple assignments and it is fast paced, just have to remember to keep uo. You are NOT limited on where you can go because Chamberlain STL is accredited. That is a rumor that was put out about some of the newer campuses.

When first starting you will have to go to at least one class on campus which will be your transitions class that is offered day and evening. Your other classes will vary depending on where you are in the program as far as entering brand new or with transfer credits.

Thanks for the info there are a few rumors like some hospitals won't even consider Chamberlain grads and that the instructors are horrible and that once you're in there is no one to help(staff) and that they are very unorganized and teach off of PowerPoint mainly but I do know a few people that have graduated and have jobs now so I was hoping all the negative stuff isn't true because I'm leaning towards Chamberlain. Also is the entrance exam they have you take hard a little nervous about that as well
