Applying to Chamberlain Atlanta, GA Spring 2018?

Nursing Students Chamberlain College

Published

Hey everyone! I am learning how to create posts on here, but I think this is the correct forum! Ha!

Per the title, I plan on applying to Chamberlain in Atlanta, GA spring/summer timeframe in 2018. I have been contemplating the best route to take as far as getting into nursing school. So far, Chamberlain seems to be my best choice. I have already attended an open house, which I love. They are a no none-sense school. By the time I apply, I will have taken all of the main courses besides nursing, so my tuition will be exceptionally lower. (Chamberlain is expensive if you are planning on going there without any previous credits). The pass rate is phenomenal and the local hospitals enjoy the students from this school.

Anyway, I was wondering, is anyone else out there is thinking about applying to this school around the time I mentioned above?

It would be nice to get to know some possible future classmates!

Thanks,

Melanie

Been a minute since I was here! I plan on entering summer 2018! I can't wait. I'm gonna pre-study for HESI :)

Edited.

Hey í ½í±‹í ¼í¿½

So I took my Hesi on 10/31/17 did horrible got an over all of 70.86. My advisor called on 11/1/17 and told me my true over all that the committee came up with which was like a 72.29 so I had to retake it which I did on 11/10/2017 and got an 78.29 and today my advisor called me and said my true score is now a 82.29. She did tell me from jump to get at least an 80 even though the required is a 73. So now that I got above the minimum and 2 points above what she suggested I wonder what my chances are getting excepted . I already took all my pre reqs BUT I bombed my A&P the first and second time on the exam but did good in all the other areas. She told me the committee will be meeting on Wednesday 11/22/17 to make decisions anybody else waiting like me by this date?? I'm nervous as hell!

Chamberlain in my backup option and was wondering if you are still planning on going there? Or if you've already started the program there?
