Thanks you guys!!! I think it went pretty well--it wasn't so bad! It's just hard to gauge what they're looking for. I do think they just want to get to know you! Overall I felt that it went well but at the same time I don't know how they thought of me! Just curious--How long were your second interviews?? Was it longer than the first interview??

that's the exact question I was going to post today! mine was 35 minutes phone interview.

I got a tour of the unit on the screening interview day which was probably less than 20 minutes because UD said they were running behind that day.

Yeah, it's very difficult to gauge what they think of us. She kept asking me if I had anything else to tell her or if I had any questions? And the answer I said was always "no -_-" It felt like a trick question.

How about yours?

My interview today was just about 30 minutes... I felt like it went really fast but she really didn't ask me that many questions. Did she only ask you like 3 or 4 questions for the phone interview?? The tour was 30 minutes for me. Oh and she also asked me if I had any other questions but I don't know why.. She only asked me once but it was weird because she had another appointment at 1030 but she still asked me if I had other questions. Not sure what she was getting at-- I felt like I was missing something! Hope it wasn't a big deal :( but yeah I really hope that they look at both interviews and the application overall!

That is exactly how I felt! It kept throwing me off! She asked me at least 5-6 questions that I remember. It did go by really fast. I hope so! Did she tell you when she would let us know by? Are we supposed to call her? Or will she call us? It's been a week and a half for me of nerves and I already forgot what with next step would be.

But Good LUCK TO US! I hope we all get to work together! =)

Wow a week and a half already!! I feel anxious already and it's only day one!! She said to expect a call or email in a few weeks--2 weeks. She said she would contact us so I don't think we have to unless it's been like 3 weeks with no response...? GOOD LUCK to everyone and I really hope all of us on allnurses can be co-workers!!!

It's been a week for me and I just can't wait to hear from her. She said she would let us know in about 2-3 weeks, but most likely 2 weeks.

Is everyone done interviewing with her?

During my interview she mentioned that she had a few more to go. Not sure how many though!

darn i hoped to find out by the end of next week. at least I know i don't have to stare at my phone very hard this week. lol.
