I would like to know, if any of the evaluators have given any options as to how to make up these hours? Did they give out a list of colleges in CA that has these make up programs?

Yes, I did name names. They will ask you, they need to know that you're telling the truthso they will look up that person. I was skeptical about it first, cause if it goes wrong, my classmate would be ineligible and she would be really mad at me. and if it goes the way i wanted it, my papers will be okay.

    Who is your evaluator?

A certain ************. Still no luck on finding a schoolmate of mine. I ask for names frm my school to look for in fb, but they wont reply. I might as well take the make up class. What I hate though is the prerequisite before you can take your desired make up class. It takes not just months but a year of waiting for you to finish it.

i'm frm socal too. psych nsg is my deficient. all the schools listed on the rn.ca.gov are ok. the problem is not all of them accept make up class that we need. if you dont like private schools, you might find your luck in city colleges. i emailed a few dean/directors of nsg schools in my area they all said they dont recognize such program. but there's one in san diego that offers make up class i just cant remember the name. it was posted on one of the threads here. if you're close to LA or Orange county you might want to consider cerritoos college. They call it "Option F Program" or those that have BRN referral letter. Prerequisites are Nsg 26 & Nsg215. Just visit their website for more info.

Yup, thanks. I was able to find out about those two schools online. Its a Grossmonth, they don't have the same prerequisites as Cerritos. Wish there was a closer school to Western Los Angeles, though. Guess we just have to make sacrifices to earn that licencense I haven't actually received the letter telling me to make up a class, but I'm interested to know what actually is wrong with our psychiatric nursing that they usually point out? I heard from one that lecture and clinicals are not concurrently taken and that some don't have enough clinical exposure.

Hello, When did you graduate from your nursing program? A friend of mine also graduated from Iloilo doctors' college in 2010. And after a long process, the BRN recently told her she has a deficiency in her psych hours also =/. I'm trying to figure a way to help her.
