when we spoke with the evaluator from BVN, she said just put whatever you remember. you dont need to put every single rotation you had when you had your clinical rotation.

the declaration form will be sent by the BVN after your initial evaluation. for now just send the required documents stated on the form of BVN so that they can do your initial evaluation.

clarification on #6 - how come when we called BVN they said we should put CHED or TESDA it depends which school you attended, if you attended to a universities/college put CHED but it you attended vocational school put TESDA and they said #7 put same thing as #6.

oh i see. try to call BVN cali or your state if you can endorse your LVN/LPN license there after your exam. coz i have a friend she got her license here in Cali and she endorsed her LVN license to New York.

I think that's the reason she got denied because she doesn't have an SS#. Check the the Instruction to Applicants for Licensure b. Social Security Number - applications for licensure will not be processed until US SS# is received. Did your friend tell you the exact reason why she got denied?

sally911 may I ask if your overseas friend transferred her requirements to BVN or she requested a new requirements from her school when she applied BVN? When did she apply BVN? Thanks!

hi everyone! i got a letter too from BRN requiring me to send my clinical cases. i read some comments here that we should have done medsurg cases during NCM 102 and some of my medsurg cases were done during our NCM 103. do you guys think its concurrent if i got my medsurg cases during our NCM 103? please help me i'm so confused... thanks everyone!

the postcard is only applicable those who requested applications from BVN. the BVN will send you the application package when you call them to mail it for you. they will include there the yellow postcard. but if you got your application from the internet, it's not come with it. the postcard is only for confirmation they have received your application. but if you want to make sure they have received your application, you just fill out the green postcard from the post office. dont put the green postcard inside your application, give the green postcard to the post office and they will attach it outside your envelope. the first step is to fill out the application then send it to BVN. then call your analyst to transfer your files to BVN. hope it helps
