Pinoy care visa center

hey guys! has anyone hear of PINOYCARE VISA CENTER? or who applied their services? I recently attended their orientation seminar here in davao city and they said that the CIC would shell out immigrant visas for nurses for as early as 9 months, is this true?

I always find it really interesting when I read this thread, that it's FIRST TIME posters stating they got everything done in record time and with zero compliations. One or two posts and they never come back.

Oh, and they always seem to be convinced that health authorities are just waiting for them to bounce up to the door resume in hand and hire them, on the spot! No thoughts on how difficult the changes of lifestyle will be, the need to find accomodation, transportation, schools for their kids, oh, and the thoughts of the oncoming Canadian winter.

@Fiona59

I've personally seen other application go as fast as six months or seven months. It can be done but i have to agree that NOT every application can be done this fast.

@everyone

I am applying to migrate to Canada too like most nurses and other professionals here in the Philippines but what bothers me is the mentality of most of us who just have no idea of what to expect in Canada or not even bothering to know some of the basic immigration laws. Do you guys really trust your agencies that much to let them decide your future without even having a clue?

There's really no shortcut on this one. Read the immigration guidelines, visit the official immigration website of Canada or any specific province that you'd want to register and then go ask questions. Don't be too lazy to read the guidelines and don't trust your agencies will get you through Canada by taking advantages of the immigration loopholes. It's you and your family's future, not theirs.

i am a nurse from davao and i would like to share that it is true that the immigrant visa processing to Canada is shorter. I was prepared that it would take some time, but to my surprise, it was just 7 months ago when my papers were logged by my agency and now i am preparing for my trip to Canada with my son.

after a total of 7 months , my immigrant visa is now tangible, I can't stop staring at it coz I thought it would not be possible especially when I have read blogs that made it looked like an impossibility. I was able to find the right agency to handle my papers and I have to really acknowledge the big help that they extended to make it a smooth and hassle free process for me and my family, thanx PINOYCARE VISA CENTER.

I see this is your first post, after reading so many posts from frequent contributors here it makes me wonder why you didn't post here earlier. My understanding is that Canada immigration is a controlled step by step process that is fair and equitable, why would they give preference to a profit making organization? What does Pinoycare do to make the process faster than applying on your own?:yawn:

The fast processing of a visa has nothing to do with the agency. All applications are being processed the same way, regardless if it was lodged through an agency or by the applicant themselves. I firmly believe that if only an applicant won't be lazy to research the process on their own and if they can comprehend english well, there will be no need for these agencies as the step-by-step guide on how to file for the application as well as the checklist of requirements to be submitted is posted on the CIC website.

I did all the leg work by myself when I migrated and got my visa in 9months (supposedly in 7 months only I wasn't able to submit my passport in time when the embassy asked for it). It just fascinates me how many people out there are so willing to spend thousands of dollars for the so-called "services" of these agencies when all they will do is to lodge the application on your behalf. If you come to think of it, who will secure your birth certificate? your employment records? your school documents? your bank details? All the answer to these questions is a big YOU. You and You Alone. All the agency will do is to compile these documents and submit it; and voila! they got an extra thousand dollars in their pocket. No sweat. Fast and easy. And you as an applicant - well, a few thousand poorer.

We've said all that before. How will these nurses manage to hook up their hydro, get a phone, driver's permit, deal with the provincial colleges if they can't manage their own immigration paperwork.

Plus many companies ask for a deposit when starting a new account especially if you have no Canadian credit score and if the agencies is lending you money which you have to give back when you arrive in Canada how can you pay deposits if you have to give the money back.

Specializes in Medical-Surgical, Rehabilitation,.

I agree. I guess it was a blessing in disguise that Pinoycare could not lend me a single peso when I needed it (1 week before deadline). I would have had a serious problem if I arrived in Canada without my own money which I can actually spend for my basic needs here (which actually ran up to $3,000 in a month. and to think I already got a big help from friends for the first 3 weeks).

Like many of you nurses who have tried to enter the U.S. and have felt the frustration of waiting, the uncertainty, and finally giving up, I tried to explore other possibilities like U.K., Australia, New Zealand. I browsed through the websites of these places but none seemed appealing, until I came upon a friend who told me to check out Canada. Timing another friend told me of PinoyCare Visa Center's free orientation, I signed up I received na my immigrant visa for Canada! It took only 7 months!

Would any of these first time posters who are arriving in Canada shortly, care to share? Where are you settling? Which health authority do you think you will work for?

Are you ready for winter?

Yes, I think Australia or New Zealand would be more appealing at the moment, hitting 24's and 25's and it is just spring!!!! and I would think, there is still a slit of possiblity to be employed here as well and I would think that would be appealing.:confused::D
