Hi! Just want to ask where can i get the fingerprint card and how much is it?

And do i really need to request for interim permit? what is it for? I would be taking NCLEX-CA..

hi babysmiley..how are you today?i have another question for you regarding fingerprint card..how many cards am i supposed to request to the BON in CA..i know that only one is needed but some applicants have had problems on their fingerprint cards that they have to request for another and go through the process of getting their fingerprints done which further delayed their application..would it be okay if i request for two cards and get my fingerprint on it(both cards)..pass one fingerprint card to the BON and have the other one as a reserve in case problems may arise..what do you think?

how about the payment, i mean the fees required in the application..it states there that application is 75 USD, one fingerprint card is 32 USD..so if i will request for 2 cards, i will have to pay 139 USD including the application (75+32+32 USD).. i know im asking the obvious but i just wanna make sure..

my last question is that how will i pay the fees..i know it wouldnt be cash..i actually dont know how..please help me..i will highly appreciate your answer..

Regarding with ur fingerprint card if you request it through website the CA- Bon will send it to you for free example if you request 10 Fingerprint card they will give it for you free but when u bring the 2 fingerprint cards to NBI you have to pay 40 pesos because one fingerprint card is 20 pesos each.... But when u send ur application to BOn-cali together with 1 fingerprint card you only pay 75+ 32 =107. If your fingerprint card is denied and you have to submit another one you have to resend again the other fingerprint you got as a reserve and pay again 32 dollars...

Dont just send 75+32+32 right away with your forms if you only send 1 fingerprint card back to CALI bon you just have to pay for 1processing of fingerprint card worth 32 dollars.... I hope this will help you.

hi, everybody, i'd like to inquire regarding the ssn in the application forms of ca bon & in the fingerprint card, do we need to fill it up with our local ss# here in the phils. or is it just applicable if you already have an ss# from us? quite confused bout this, pls. anybody can help me???

the card is free, the fingerprinting is not. you can request a maximum of 200 ( i think )

an interim permit is when you want to practice while waiting to sit in the exam and while waiting for the results. you need a local license from your home country to qualify for an interim permit. it is optional.

the ssn is only for americans/legal residents. don't put in your philippine ssn.

you don't need to fill it up unless you have a ssn from the us. only a us citizen or legal resident have ssn.

you have to go to the bank or any place in the phillipines which issue bankdrafts recognised by the us it can not be downloaded

hi, i'd just like to inquire if i still need to request for my transcript from ceu where-in some of my subjects there were credited on my nursing course in other school? my course in ceu is dentistry.

and another thing, do i have to submit a high-school diploma/transcript?

quite confuse w/ the requirements for my eligibility, but i want to make sure that i have submitted all of it. do you have a complete list, i'm a second courser?

babysmiley_me, i was looking EVERYWHERE on how i can get hold of those fingerprint cards! and you were the only one who got me right there! thank you so so much for posting the link here. i have been exploring the CA BON site for like a week now and i haven't found that mailing request page, until i read your post. thanks again! hi, the ca bon already sent me a card but the prob is i messed it up. so i had to order again online. how will i pay for it? do i have to apply for another application and pay $75 for the application and then another $32 for the new card?? please help
