Hello everyone, does anybody know of any recruitment agency that recruit international nurses to work USA or canada even with out the NClex or CRNE

No Canadian health authority is recruiting overseas. Some are implementing hiring freezes. Local new grads are underemployed

None.....until one has passed either of the required country's nursing examinations would any recruitment agency want to waste their time and money to take their chances on an unlicensed nurse for jobs in either country and even with that, one must be more careful to not get taken advantage of.

Being a licensed nurse in your respective country is one thing but will not be fully recognized until the passage of the particular country's licensing requirements and successful examination results that you want to work and practice in.

Currently, there's from zero to very little nursing demands for the international nursing applicants in today's job market.

Of those nursing recruitment agencies, one must be careful before giving any money (which is a good sign it very well could be a scam and fraudulent business) and those promising what appears too good to be true (which it usually is), they love to prey on the desperate and the ones with money that is hard to get and come by.

Always proceed with any nursing agencies that looks so good it's like a dream and could turn into your worse nightmare as reported by a couple of the nurses in the video.

No. You could not work as a nurse in either country without passing the exam and meeting the requirements for a license. In Canada the nursing market is bleak and they are certainly not looking to recruit from another country.

I took this off another thread that was started but this recent article (Jan. 2014) from the Healthcare staffing agency, just in the US alone there's now going to be a SURPLUS of US nurses of 340,000 by 2025. This would mean that as the years goes by from now till the projected 2025, there's just zero to very low (if that) for any international nurses (both new and experienced).

The US is producing more nurses than they can readily absorb and with budget cuts everywhere (even with the new Obamacare, it will not really make much of a dent for any more demand) that can't be taken from any US educated nurse that can start the job within a week to two or within a month's time and at no expense (no need for a US employer to pay for the entire sponsorship expenses).

You can read in these forums here of HR and those in hiring positions of receiving hundreds to a thousand plus for a single nursing job, sometimes they are advertised jobs and many times, they are simply sending resumes and applications all over with the employer not even placing an ad and many hoping one will stick for at least an interview.

Actually they told me that they need nurses in the Usa...

You have to pass the NCLEX... Along with having the other meticulous requirements (cgfns, employment authorization documents, job offer, etc.) at least in the USA. Unless you are already here with legal status, then u may be able to get rid of the other requirements but u still need to pass the nclex. Good luck!

Needing nurses is one thing meeting US state requirements passing NCLEX and obtaining a visa allowing you to live and work in the US is another thing.

Specialist nurses probably will have a slightly easier job finding employer than someone with no or little experience. Make sure you get a job that offers some orientation

I live in San Diego and we are currently saturated with new grad RNs who can't find jobs as a nurse. They have to work as CNAs for now. I personally know 2 new grads who do not have jobs. Sometimes foreign nurses are considered new grads but the circumstances may have changed.

Were the "people from San Diego" you spoke with by any chance people who make their living by "helping" nurses who want to come to the US? There is very little need for any nurses in the US; in fact, there are large numbers of unemployed RNs here.
