  11. Hi I work in a critical care unit,and yes I use the stethoscope to assess my pt's chest and bowel. And if you know that the patient has any chest problem give the prn nebs straight away;then let the nurse in charge know about it

  14. I'm a staff nurse in London in a critical care unit. I can completely understand why no one want to be a nurse: The workload is really heavy and the salary is pretty low in respect of the London standards
