Hi everyone! I am planning on submitting my application for Spring 2025 next Monday. This will be my second time applying. I wanted to create this forum for us applicants to keep in touch!

I know that it depends on students who accept there spots, but has anyone heard of any alternates getting in? Is it normal not to know what spot you are on the alternate list?

Congratulations to everyone who got in!! 

They won't tell you what number you're on the list but as soon as they post the merit scores in the handbook you can get an idea of where you're on the list. I think they typically have 15 alternates. I think some semesters one or two get in and others more. It just depends 😕

Do they update the handbook pretty soon after the emails get sent out?

Last semester, it was updated as soon as they sent the emails. I wonder if their system glitched when updating the handbook.

I sent them an email stating that it hadn't been updated yet. I've been refreshing it so much because that's what I really want to see. Next semester, I'm applying with 10 more points, so I'm curious!

Yea im curious as well. I will be applying with 80 points next semester if I do the application right LOL. I also want to see what the highest score was for the alternates.

I got a response saying it was updated but it isn't LOL. Still doesn't show the statistics for this upcoming semester.

Wow the scores are a lot higher this time! looks like I might have to retake my TEAS so I can boost my merit score.

Very competitive this go. I can only get as high as an 80 unless I want to repeat a bunch of classes 😭
