Hi everyone! I am planning on submitting my application for Spring 2025 next Monday. This will be my second time applying. I wanted to create this forum for us applicants to keep in touch!

Have you received any email about the orientation? Because I have not but I'm also only an alternate

Nope! Not a thing. I called and left a message last Friday: no response. I emailed two days ago: no response yet. 😕

I got the flu and covid vaccines within the last week, just in case we needed them.  Just need 1 covid.  It's like the flu now.  I didn't get it in previous years.

Do you guys known if any alternates have been offered a spot? I was selected as an alternate and have been debating on whether I should attend orientation since I would have to take a whole day off of work. Do you guys know if alternates are often accepted?

I'm not sure.  I wouldn't assume many get in off the alternate list, but it does happen, which is why they have the list. Do you know where you are on the alternate list? If you're like the top 3, I'd go.

I'm assuming I'm not that high since I believe the points being counted for me were 75 points which is the lowest alternate score I believe.
