  1. I'm not sure if we should be taking notes but I don't think it will hurt. I hear you, I have about six left LOL It sounds like the grades on these quizzes don't count though ? "You must complete each lesson and Test. These tests are not graded, they are for you to assess your understanding of the material."
  2. I don't see it either. I wonder if its going to be all the powerpoints and policies from Rideout that we got in email.
  3. Are you guys taking the tests at the end of the ATI modules?
  4. You might want to look into public health for the vaccines and tests. I live in Butte county and believe if you have medi-cal that the vaccines and also the PPD are covered. I originally had my PCP order my titers, had them done at Quest and found out I needed to get a varicella vaccine. I was able to schedule this at Walgreens and it was free. My PCP then recommended public health for the TB tests. When the semester starts I will not be completely compliant as I have to wait until the 13th of August to get the my second PPD because I got the varicella vaccine (I didn't know this was going to be a problem at the time). I explained this to NAHP and they were very understanding. Hope that helps. Let me know if you have any other questions ?
  5. We just need ATI no textbooks LOL ugh I hope the bookstore takes returns ?
  6. I looked the book up in the bookstore based off what the handbook said, but maybe we don't need it? Who knows LOL I'll email NAHP and let you all know what I hear.
  7. Has anyone bought their books yet? I've only purchased this one so far: Medical-Surgical Nursing 10th Edition. Ignatavicius, Workman, Rebar, Heimgartner The handbook says a pathophysiology textbook too but doesn't say which one.
  8. Yes, not sure how much longer but I think it's during the semester.
  9. Hey everyone, If we no our complio isn't going to be complete by August 1st do we need to reach out to the nursing department? I can't get my second TB for another 3 weeks because of my varicella vaccine. Ugh!
  10. I would love to know this answer too ? I remember at orientation they said theory day (Monday) would probably be 8 hours (8-4) and skills lab day (Tuesday) would probably be 6 hours (8-2). When I emailed them last week, it sounded like they were still finalizing the staffing for clinical days so maybe we'll know soon ??
  11. I've submitted the documents but haven't met with her. Do you know if we have to meet in person or can it be virtual?
  12. You must have Maira too? WIOA kinda confused me, They're going off my current income even though I'm quitting my job for school. My husband still works so I don't want to hold my breath ?
  13. Does anyone live in Butte County? Oops didn't mean to respond to this specific comment LOL my phone is possessed. The WIOA counselor assigned to me is in charge of Glenn county so I'm confused...
