You can do it. I took my pre-reqs with my nursing classes.
I can remember staying up ALL NIGHT rehearsing a speech for my speech class, Hunter on my lap with an ear infection screaming at the top of his lungs. I took him to class, and had a friend watch him outside while I gave my speech on "home birth". ugggggg

YAHHH HOOOO YOU DID IT!! What an accomplishment! You will be a living example to your son. When college time comes around, you can tell him how YOU DID ITTTTT!!
It took me two years. I took my pre-reqs along with nursing. I wasn't on the waiting list except for a month since I scored well on the NET test to get in.

Congratulations!! I am a 23 year old single mother of 2 children and i have just started my prereqs and hope to be in my ADN program next fall...reading your post sure has given me hope that yes, this can be done...it may be a struggle, but will be well worth it in the end!

Good for youuuuu Jen :) ...I also went through school trying to raise a lil one..think he was 2 @ the time....it's NOT easy, but can be done if you have your mind set..and it's well worth it in the end...it's great to hear 'success' stories like yours...inspiring to others who are struggling..Chin up...eyes forward..focus on your goals.......so proud for ya hun (((hugzzzz)))
