Hey all! I am reapplying and wanted to create this for everyone applying. I won't be as involved as I was last year, but good luck to everyone! I know they're having seminars and allowing people to schedule one on one consultations for applications.
So I just had a financial aid award letter posted to my portal. It has two sections - need based aid, and federal direct loan. So according to this letter I got $0 in merit scholarships. I wasn't expecting much, but I thought everyone got a token $6k merit scholarship or something? Or, shouldn't it at least have a section for merit scholarship and it could have said "merit aid - 0."
Did you all get a letter posted too, and did anyone get any merit aid?
The acceptance letter earlier today said fin aid awards would come out "in a few days" which is why I'm hoping the merit stuff is separate from this. \

Meh, looking on last year's thread, I think this letter is it. So I guess I didn't get any scholarship at all. I must be confusing Yale and Vanderbilt, I think they give everyone at least a small merit scholarship?
I wasn't expecting much, so it's not a game changer, but still ?

Merit-based aid?
The GEPN year is the most expensive. Tuition is slightly lower the MSN years.

Mine had a table on the first page with two rows - one for need based aid, and one for federal loans, each with an amount. Both based on your FAFSA. No reference to merit based aid, whether the amount was 0 or not.

Hi. As promised, I just messaged you.
Congrats to everyone’s efforts. Personally the most important part is yet to come: the financial aid package. The most crucial part of it all (for me).
