Hi! Just wanted to create a forum for the students who just finished their apps and HESI exam for Xavier College School of Nursing for their newish ADN program so there's a place to talk and gather! I applied for their entry program (so not LVN bridge) and finished taking the HESI exam (scored really well so happy about that)! I heard there was an interview portion for selected students and I'm prepping all my medical documents right now. Does anyone know the start date for the first semester?

Hi, I seen in your previous post that you've taken the HESI through them, what was it like, and does nursehub and quizlet actually prepare you for the questions on the test?
Hi! I need help getting some information about their LVN-RN program. I recently applied and passed my HESI exam. Now I just got an email regarding their LVN-RN transition course program that is required to take but still not a guarantee of getting in for February 2024 program. Do you guys think this is a good sign/advantage or do they just send this email to everyone that passed the HESI?

If the selection is anything like what I went through, they have everyone take the HESI and they look through the pool of applicants to select the top scorers + application best fit. It takes them forever to go through everyone and they send their acceptance letters relatively late compared to other schools. I remember either the website or fb page saying they take first come first serve but it's not like that, at least for the ADN program.
Do you mind me asking what score you got for your HESI? I got an 88% and not sure if that's good enough. Also did you get in to the 2 yr ADN program or the bridge LVN-RN program?

Watch YouTube, quizlet, look for practice questions online.
I was studying for the TEAS Test too. So it overlapped with preparing myself for the HESI. You can find study materials. For me at least I bought study guides for the TEAS through ATI and Mometrix.

Has anyone been notified about acceptance for Feb 2024 cohort yet for RN program?
I got accepted into the 2024 cohort. I'm also wondering how are the class schedules like? Are they typically held in the morning like 8AM?

What textbook did you used for Fundamentals of Nursing course?

Hi plas, is this school accredited, would you be able to further your degree and get your bachelor?
