Today I write my NCLEX at 8am. Words cant described how devastated I am after finishing my exam doing 265 questions in 6 hours with only 2 seconds remaining. I rushed through the last 4 questions just guessing so that I could finish it the entire exam and not getting the last 60 marked if unfinished.
I used the Hurst online review and did all the Qreviews with an average of 88/125. I went through the video and prep books very thoroughly and I felt very confident in the content, but I just felt that the hurst content did not help me at all during the exam. I had so many weird medication questions that I had no clue of.
I also used the Kaplan strategy guide and did all the questions in the back. Felt their strategies did not help me at all
In addition I did majority of the questions in the Priority and Delegation book.
In the end I felt like a lot of the questions that I had to guess on because I had no clue what the drug/diseases were. I had a tone of priority questions, barely any delegation, about 20-30 SATA, 4 EEG, 2 Exhibits, 1 diagram, 3 calculations, 15-20 medications. I
am highly doubting myself that I passed as I just wanted to cry leaving that room. I don't even feel like checking my score after 48 hours.
Would like to know the people who passed, what strategy or prep guides that you think prepared you well for the NCLEX because I am for sure that Hurst's content helped me only 30% of the exam. I just don't know how to start studying again or what I should use
any help is appreciated
