Working On Expired License

My good friend was just informed by our facility she has been working for 8 months on an expired license. What are the possible ramifications for her and our facility?

How does one go 8 months on an expired license and the facility not cancel their schedule until a current license is present? Do you realize the amount of trouble, fines, and liability they have if something were to happen or had happened, and that person was involved and working under an expired license? Oooh boy!

When my medical nurse wife Belinda worked at Wrongway Regional Medical center, there was a nurse who worked another unit who was loud, pushy, self-righteous, and flamboyant  Belinda would mention her whenever she was pulled to that unit.

That nurse worked at Wrongway for a year before they found she had no current license!

Wrongway administration was too busy spinning their wheels and running around fixing things that weren't broken.
