anyone who has an idea of how it's like to be an ambulance nurse (in metro manila), and/or how much is the pay?

pay is different... less work, higher pay. hehe! scene response is more exciting compared to inter-hospital trasport.
there's AeroMed, Lifeline, Ace Cor etc.

Hello. I'm licensed in NJ and would like to try to apply as an ambulance nurse. Do I need to get another form/kind of certification.

There is no ambulance nurse in the USA. There are nurses who are EMTS and Paramedics but there is no special license for an ambulance nurse.

hi..interested in this kind of setting..but unfortunately it's not easy to find this kind of job..moreover there are no offers or positions for this kind of setting
having an EMT certification is an advantage.. there are jobs like this in Metro Manila, but same with the hospital setting, most companies are also into the "volunteer-trainee" thing. in some companies, you can be deployed in hospitals doing patient transport (hospital-hospital,responding to house calls), EMS (on highways), standby during concerts,social gatherings/events,sports event etc. and some companies even have their fixed wing and rotary wing aircraft for airlifting to far areas within the Philippines and in some cases abroad.
