Woot! Shout out!

I just had to shout out that I did my first ever IV today!! Woot! :w00t::stdnrsrck:

that is awesome!!! woot woot me too!!! i learned the skill in the lab last semester, but this semester, actually last week, on clinicals my instructor said, comon! lets start an IV!!! so i kinda shook a little, and all i could hear in slow motion was "cooooooomeeeeeee onnnnnnnnn leeeeeeeeeeeettssss staaaart an iiiivvvv"

LOL i was thinking over what she said, since my other instructors had never let us do that, so then i she said what are you waiting for???

we went and did it!!!! and I felt so stupid, thinking that it wold have been so hard!!! i could kick my self in the head for being so nervous about something so simple!

i loved it though, and every chance i get i do them!!! i got 3 so far!!! lol i help the nurses out so they can let me start the line on their new admissions!!!!

Play on, player....never forget that first one. I was so happy with my first one I got it, flushed it, and was like "all done!" and the nurse was all like "uh, no, we still have to tape it/ hep lock it," lol.
