:balloons: Break out the wine and cut the cheese! I have been getting very frustrated trying to finance my education without putting my family in hawk up to our eyeballs. Having a 4.0 doesn't help much in getting scholarships if you don't fall into their financial need guidelines, so the only one I've gotten pays for $500 for two semesters - drop in the bucket. I just got a phone call back from the State for an education assistance program - they're paying all my tuition, books, and will even help with daycare!!!! The weight of the world has been lifted off my shoulders! There will be some daycare expenses I need to pay, but this sure helps! :balloons:

:balloons: Congratulations! :balloons: I can imagine that's a huge weight lifted off your shoulders!
I'm sure this is a really stupid question, but where do you get a scholarship or assistance like that?
Thanks!
Tiffany

It's actually a federal program administered by the state, so you might look into it within your state government. It's called something like the Workforce Reinvestment Act; basically if you're unemployed, you qualify.

Well congrats to you! Help with daycare is one of our biggest problems.
Do you have an online link for this program? I've goggled and can not find any info for my sorry state - Kentucky
