3 years ago I was raped. I had to give my testimony in front of a grand jury. The case ended up turning into a "he said" "she said" kind of situation and the jury decided it was a "no bill" so it ended there. I'm getting ready to graduate in May and I'm wondering if the BON would be able to see this on my background check. I thought the victim of rape was supposed to be anonymous in those documents but I'm not sure. Do you guys think it'll show up?

No they will not see this. It is a criminal background check for crimes that commit. The only way it would show up is if it was proven that you maliciously filed a claim of rape and it was determined that you lied about the rape. An actual rape will not show up on a criminal background check.

If you were the victim of a crime, it does not show up on your criminal record even if the trial doesn't end in a conviction. You weren't the perpetrator.
