I have been accepted to both of these programs and paid a deposit to both.
Could anyone give some insight as to wich one would be the better decision?
Thanks!

I work at fl hosp and there are rumors that they dont think they will be reaccredited, and they are up for renewal
Yes I know that they are up for renewal in 2013.
That is the first that I have heard about them having doubts of not getting renewed.
Do you mind me asking why you applied and interview there if you had heard these things?
It seemed as though you had intentions of going there had you been accepted.
Any other ideas or thoughts on this issue?
I didn't hear the "rumors" until this past week. Barry has always been my first choice and I would have only gone to FL hosp if I didn't get into barry because I want to stay in Orlando. I guess with the recent firing of the director and them lying about how many ppl graduated, etc has made some current students about to graduate say/think these things. Who really knows though, all hearsay. Stories change as they go through the line. One won't really know until they come for the renewal. Both fl hosp and wolford have their pros and cons, you just have to go with where you felt the most comfortable.

Between the two, I'd pick Wolford. Full scope training will be more valuable to you as a new graduate. And sometimes Wolverine anesthesia hires Wolford grads so you could stay in Orlando.
What do you mean by "full scope training"?
What does Wolford offer different that FHCHS?
Why specifically would you choose them over FHCHS?
Thanks a lot!

I go to Wolford so I can only reiterate what I've heard. I did shadow a CRNA at FH and he said that anesthesia students are trained very differently there and are more likely to be bred to work at FH. They are also trained unrealistically, like if they have a hard case they might have a day off the next day, which isn't very realistic. I'm not sure if the FH SRNA's get to place and learn peripheral blocks and things like that. I'd verify that before going there.
