I witnessed some very unethical/illegal behavior. Expired Moderna vaccines were knowingly given. Then to cover it up, they stole the consent forms, falsified medical charts, and even lied under oath. I have reported them to the state boards. Unfortunately, there were 5 people (3 nurses) involved, who I believe, all stuck together and lied to the investigator. I have proof but no one to this day has wanted to see it. So far, one nurse became the scapegoat due to having other issues that warranted her license being revoked. The others walked away without a scratch. Since they all know I am the one that reported the incident, the have retaliated by giving me what must be an absolutely awful reference. I was unable to find work for 2 years. Over 200 applications, in the middle of Covid- I have an excellent employment background along with awards, such as a Daisy award. Not one single job offer until I had to stoop to their level and be dishonest- by omission. I left that job off my resume and the job offers rolled in. I have written to multiple agencies over a course of 3 years. Statute of limitations on whistleblower retaliation is one years from the last offense. So, I'm curious- what does one do now? The patients I'm supposed to advocate for- no one seems to care, I will never be able to work in my community again as they unjustifiably destroyed my professional reputation, and because no one would help (not because I didn't try) so the statue of limitations is up. I have no faith in the state board, I have nearly been financially destroyed, and those patients are still unaware of what happened. What does one do now? I have written the state board, the executive officer of that board, a judge, the Governor (twice), Covid fraud units, and even the FBI.

Is it possible that expired moderna vaccines are still good and effective? I am only guessing here. But is it possible that they know more about the vaccine than you and it is permissible to use them shortly after expiration? I am not a nurse so you tell me. And don't write the Fbi or governor or elected officials. Hard to believe you did that! They probably did not read the letter.
I contacted the manufacturer of the vaccine- twice. I wanted to be wrong. I really did. I never spoke up until I was 100% sure. It's very disheartening to say something like that about a fellow nurse. Years later, I'm still in awe that this happened.
The vaccines have very strict rules. To be honest, the vaccine itself is irrelevant at this point. Would you want a nurse that doesn't follow policies, has no integrity, or concern for YOUR wellbeing and only her own. I wouldn't want that nurse touching me or anyone I care about! I could be totally off the wall here but I'd want that nurse that fought long and hard to make sure you were taken care of correctly! More importantly, safely!

Is it possible that these lot number were included in one of the MCM Expiration Dating Extensions?
No- they were not included in the extended dates. I checked with the manufacturer- twice- just to be sure! let's just for a minute- say they were. Why would you need to steal the consent forms that had the lot number documented on it? Why would you have to falsify medical records? Why would you have to go before a Judge and commit perjury? Why would make someone else take the blame for what you did and watch them have their nursing license revoked? If that lot number had an extended expiration date- one wouldn't have to cover their tracks.

I'm going to be honest, this sounds made up.
Nurses are overworked and underpaid.
Nobody has time to steal forms, falsify records, go before a judge and commit perjury.
We don't even have time to take a lunch break.
Buy yet you seem to think I have the time, the energy, or desire to make this up? I wish this was made up! Unfortunately, this is 100% real! I'm not the one who did this. It would have never crossed my mind to do anything like this or make something up like this. My guess is you work in a hospital. Read the news. Stuff like this goes on all the time. I just read a story about a hospital having to pay 10.5 million for submitting false claims for SIRS. But who has time for that? Or what about the cardiologist who performed hundreds of procedures on people who didn't need them. FBI arrested him. Maybe you should read about the cancer doctor Farid Fata. Or nurses that murder people. Is that all made up? Not every medical professional has good intentions. Not everyone is busy doing what they're supposed to.

All of those examples are incidences of criminal fraud. Why has your reporting stopped at the manufacturer? Why not report to CMS, state health dept. or whichever agency is buying those vaccines?
I couldn't agree more. I have felt that way all along. The people who did this are not just negligent, they are criminals. Read the original post... I have gone far beyond the manufacturer. My hope when I post this was someone could offer an idea of what to do. I want a solution. I don't want or need to debate the facts. I have run out of ideas on how to continue to advocate for the people who were truly wronged- those 10 patients.

good for you for standing up for what is right. Unfortunately, not many will do this anymore.
