Winter 2011 GN positions/interviews in Houston, TX

Ok anybody hear from Methodist West Houston Hospital or St Joseph Medical Center about when interviews will start? Applied mid October.

Also waiting on TCH to open. My top hospital.

I've applied at St. Joseph and Mem. Hermann (waiting for TCH too!). I called St. Catherine's and was told they would not be opening any graduate nurse positions for the winter. Haven't heard back from anyone yet, but I'm (im)patiently waiting! :yawn:

I know. Just waiting on calls. I applied to Memorial Hermann too but I know calls for them won't start till after Nov 16. All the positions applied for have been L&D , nicu, nursery, and postpartum for the different hospitals in Houston.

I got an interview with Children's Memorial for N.I.C.U. :yeah: :eek:

I applied St. Joseph, Methodist, and Ben Taub. But considering I only have an ADN :banghead: , I thought Methodist and St. Joseph was a lost cause.

I didn't know they was starting interviews for the GN positions yet. On site it said Nov. 16.

I was shocked to say the least. I just I do good, I've wanted be a nicu nurse since before nursing school

I just had a interview at MD Anderson last week :) I'm just waiting to here back from them to see if they chose me for their internship program. I also got a call from Memorial Hermann out of the blue yesterday and today I got a email with my appointment for a interview for their upcoming GN program! I really hope I get to work at one of these great hospital in the TMC! :)
