I take my Nclex on October 9th. I have been using Kaplan on Demand and I've watched all the lecture videos and completed the Qbank with a 58%. I am also using Saunders in conjunction with Kaplan. I actually started doing the QBank questions before watching the videos and would complete 50-100 questions/day. So far here is my question trainer scores:
Diagnostic: 49%
Readiness: 58%
QT#1: 51%
QT#2: 63%
QT#3: 51%
QT#4: 59%
QT#5: 68%
I did my readiness before taking QT #4 & #5 to see what I needed to work on. I'm saving QT #6 AND #7 a week or two before my actual test date.
Any input would be appreciated. Thank you.

NCLEX is more of a mind game than the real thing. The exam is designed to have you pass. If you have to take all the questions and you walk out crying, which you might. No worries. Happens to so many people. This question has been asked for 30+ years. Kaplan questions are very general and are most of the time made to scare the **** out of you, but if you know them and study them then no big deal. Stop stressing. If you are in school and you pulled an A or B nothing to worry about. A student with a C should jump hard into as many questions as you can. Otherwise relax.

U sound like u know a Lil bout the test? I'm taking nclex PN tomorrow and FREAKIN out lol. I've moved the test date already around a couple of times. I really still do not even feel ready. I had the highest Gpa in class all year I'm am nervous. I graduated end of May. Feel like the info isn't there in my mind like it used to be. Mostly nervous over the SATA. One of my classmates took the test yesterday and he was like F*ck that test was HARD! So yea I'dk with the SATA I always pick one to many or pick one too less! Hardly ever right on point. Just don't know how they are gna be cuz ik most people get A Lot of them!

I remember the NCLEX Being easier than those mock boards I took. It was multiple-choice and there's usually two answers you can knock out right away. And there's usually two that could be right. Pick the one that you think best and usually it will give you several different questions if you missed the first one to give you a chance. Almost everyone that I know felt horrible after they walked out from the test and ended up passing. Don't go home and start second guessing your answers and driving yourself nuts by trying to look them up. You will probably do great just take time to read and think things through.
I also studied through my MedSurg book and all the notes I took.

I hope this helps
I did Kaplan for a month, my final Qbank avg was 55% Never made over a 60 on the Qtrainers got a 58.7 on QT7. Kaplan was the only thing I used. I didn't go back and look at anything from school or use any other books except Kaplan. I took the Nclex 265 questions and passed. Realistically you cannot study enough to know all of the content that the Nclex covers, Kaplan helps you know just enough to pass and gets you used to the Nclex format.
Thank you. That really helps. I appreciate it. Congratulations RN!
Thank you.
