I hope this helps I did Kaplan for a month, my final Qbank avg was 55% Never made over a 60 on the Qtrainers got a 58.7 on QT7. Kaplan was the only thing I used. I didn't go back and look at anything from school or use any other books except Kaplan. I took the Nclex 265 questions and passed. Realistically you cannot study enough to know all of the content that the Nclex covers, Kaplan helps you know just enough to pass and gets you used to the Nclex format.

Hey All Sorry for taking so long to get back but if you get the HESI book that Aquinas recommends and study it you will be fine. Caligirl is right about NSCC I took all of my co reqs there and was happy with every class. I got accepted for the Aquinas Fall 11 program I'll let you know how it goes.

Hey all, I applied for the Fall 11 ASN and got put on the wait list. Does anyone have any advice, thoughts etc... I really want to go to Aquinas and I'm wondering if being on the wait list will give my application priority for the Spring 12 program if I don't get to start this fall ? I'm just not sure what all being on the wait list entails. Most of my friends that got into programs were wait listed the semester before, it seems to be a pattern for a lot of schools to wait list you than accept you the next term.

how do you like the Aquinas Nursing program? I went to a student review site and saw a bunch of neg comments but they could have just been bitter students. Why didn't you have to take the HESI?

I'm currently studying for the HESI entrance exam to get into the Aquinas College ASN program. Does anyone one know what parts of the HESI you are tested on, I know some schools don't test on every section Thanks.
