Hi! I'm a nursing student in my last semester of nursing school!!! I went back to school after being a stay at home for quite a while, and it wasn't easy. Anyway, for my Leadership class I need to interview a nurse leader. Is anyone out there a nurse manager/leader who would be willing to answer the following questions? I would greatly appreciate it!
1. What is your educational preparation?
2. What is your exact title of your position?
3. How long have you been in your position?
4. Describe how you lead and motivate others?
5. What qualities would you identify as necessary to be a successful leader? Why?
6. What is the biggest challenge you face in your leadership role? Why?
7. What are the most gratifying aspects of your leadership role? Why?
8. Have you noticed times when you were particularly effective or ineffective as a leader?
9. How does diversity of workers, patients, or students impact your workplace? Please give an example of how you address diversity.
If anyone answers these questions, I will love you forever :)

You should try contacting nurse leaders in your community and local hospitals. Good luck!

Interview involves given and take. Conversation.
I've already completed the assignment with the help of a nurse manager who was helpful, compassionate, and very eager to help a student.
