Is anyone else besides me so unlucky to be pounding their head to the wall for the next 2 months or so? I haven't started to get too terribly anxious yet, seeing as how Manchester deadline only just passed, and stratham's deadline isnt even for a few more weeks, but even still, waiting is already starting to get to me, b/c after this semester, what am I to do with myself? I will be all done with everything. Anyway, hope there are other people gritting their teeth waiting as well.
Nashua is my first choice because of several small differences. It's closer to my house, I'm required to take one less class (Human Growth) and when I totaled up the fees it should cost me about $2000 less to go there. Plus they have a gym now which means I can cancel my gym membership and save a couple hundred dollars a year.
Does anyone have any opinions on Nashua vs. Manchester? Perks or downsides?
I couldn't take it any longer so I called Manchester today, they said they will mail out letters within the next couple of weeks. The super nice woman I spoke with said that it is taking longer than it has in the past because there are over 400 applicants this year (for 64 seats)! I guess this is twice the amount of people who applied last year.
This wait is driving me up the wall.
Hey Becca, middle of april for manchester and GBCC. Are you a student over at GBCC yet? I know for a fact that the new schedule is under SIS, you can look under either schedule of classes, or if you log into your SIS account, you can find it in there too. I bet you talked to the actual admissions person icantsurf. She is super nice, the only one that has had half a brain there so far. Can't believe there are so many applicants to them this year! I wonder how many stratham got?
Ok, here it is Becca:
Lecture Monday Thursday 8-950 Monday 130-330
Clinical A Wednesday 700-200
Clinical B Tuesday 700-200
Lab A Tuesday 900-1130 and 1230-300
Lab B Wednesday 900-1130 and 1230-300
I imagine you would pick either clinical A and Lab A or Clinical B and Lab B, because you can't very well be in two places at once, but they do expect you to be Superman, so who knows lol. Have you taken any of your other classes? if you go to the school website, http://www.greatbay.edu, go under current students, click on SIS, go to schedule of classes, and there will be summer and fall classes on there, no need to sign in.
