Who is waiting for a letter from OCC?

I am also anxiously awaiting the delivery of my acceptance/denial letter for the 2009 program. I did call the nursing office and was told that the letters should go out either Friday or Saturday, which means we may not get them until Monday or Tuesday (which of course, is after the 15th).

Thank you Kim3207 for checking with the office! I have been going just crazy over this waiting period and if I didn't get my letter on Saturday I would have been so upset. Knowing that I have to wait until Monday or Tuesday will spare me a meltdown on Saturday. Thank you!

I guess that the letters could come on Saturday, as they should to arrive by the 15th, but I understood it as they would at least be mailed by then, therefore, hopefully arriving by Monday or Tuesday. It would be nice if they would arrive by the 15th, so we can all stop worrying! I feel like I've waited long enough!

Good luck to all of you! I remember waiting for the letter. I am in OCC's LPN program. We just started our first week of lab and theory for Foundations of Nursing and it's already very overwhelming. I hope you all get in.

I am a first year student in OCC's ADN program and I just started my OB rotation this last Monday! I'm really excited for all of you and I hope that you all get in! The program is very challenging and it will consume your life, but it is very fun and interesting, most of the faculty are very helpful, and you will make a lot of really good friends that will become your everyday support system. Don't get too stressed out right now and FULLY enjoy your time before you start your classes! If any of you have any questions about anything don't hesitate to ask me! I would love to help anyone, as I was in your shoes 1 year ago and I didn't really have anyone to talk to that had gone through it before. Good luck to everyone!!

Hi, I am also currently waiting for a letter to OCC and I also called the office to find out when it was all happening. So we should be getting a letter no later than thursday. I was told they weren't going to mail it out until Monday, but maybe they were able to do it sooner. I just wished I knew what the GPA cut off was. What are your gpas like?

So nervous!
