hey all, new to this site!!! i just tested today and sure glad it's over. now i just have to wait like everyone else, which is the most nerve wracking part. my computer shut off around 120-130, i really can't remember. good luck to all those awaiting their results and to those who have yet to take it! :yelclap:

yes...the dreaded waiting to find out! ahhhhhhh it would be worth paying $100. to find out instantly i think. j/k lol

well, now the long wait for the results (48 hours seems like a lifetime right now)! i am so glad that we don't have to wait 6 weeks to receive it by mail.

i tested this morning--scheduled for 0900, was able to start at 0820. (i was in the parking lot at 0740!! you never know what traffic will do!) i finished in an hour!

i had 75 questions with a lot more psych than i expected and no math. i have no idea how i did. good luck to all of you waiting to go today!! is it thursday yet???

i lucked out too and got in about 20-30 min ahead of my scheduled appt time. no math and like you i got quite a lot of psych, also peds. i had 3 choose all that apply.

i am a basket case i was so happy when i finished w/75q then i started to panic thinking that if i was messing up i sure wanted the rest of the q to redeem myself! it took me 2 hours but i took a couple breaks in-between before the scheduled time which really helped me get focused and back on track again.

i wish it was thursday, lol.....because that would mean my test was over already! i have to wait until tomorrow :uhoh3:

Daye - I'm sure we both did great!!! I'm glad you were able to get in there before your appointment. My appointment wasn't scheduled until 2pm and we arrived at the testing center at 10:30. I was mortified to think that we would have to wait around for a while, but the lady was so nice and told us that we could take the exam then if we were ready. So by 11am I was beginning my test!! The wait is almost over. I am getting so ansy!!! I just want to know now!!! Who do we have to pay to find out early???? HAHAHAHA!!! Don't they know the stress they are putting us through?? Good luck finding out tomorrow! Let me know how it goes!!!

Does anyone already have a job lined up? I am trying to stay positive...but I tell ya, today is dragging out like no other day in my life. I can not wait until tomorrow morning at 0930 (I was told you can get results exactly 48 hours from when you finished....if it is not there then, I will freak!)

If I passed, I will be working on a 32 bed telemetry floor at a small community hospital. I was lucky enough to have a clinical rotation there and loved it! The nurses were so wonderful, I know I will get great training for my 3 months on preceptorship. Then...on my own--on nights! So scary...but, I guess I need to find out if I passed first, I may be getting WAY ahead of myself.

Well, this only passed 5 minutes...I have to find something to DO!!! How is everyone else hanging in?

Yes, I have a job lined up. Orientation is August 7.

Hey everyone,

I took my test yesterday at 8AM and didn't leave till 130PM!!! Had to answer all 265 and feel like there is no possible way that i passesd. Anyone else in this boat?:wink2: I have a feeling yes. The thing that makes me so nervous is that a gilr in my class took is last thurs and had all265 and she failed :{ so nervous.. Good luck to all of us, and I hope we have good news!!!

hi jackie; i passed!!!! i took 75 q and felt so weird worried i failed. i called the bon and told them my test date, ss#, name and the gal on the line said congratulations you are an rn :balloons: :balloons: :balloons:

so i am wondering if you can call the bon in your state and do the same thing? it didn't cost me anything extra to call and find out from them just the call itself b/c it wasn't an 1-800 # you might try it i soooo glad i did the suspense was killing me!!!

i called my state bon today 24 hrs after my test and after telling them my name ss# and test date. you might try that and be able to get your result today?

i tested on july 18th at 9:30 am. i called my state bon 24hours later today and the results were back she said "congratulations you are an rn"

just keep in mind people pass w/any number between 75-265 or so i am told! keep the faith!
