Location of the NCLEX is irrelevant as it's a national exam. Did you graduate from a practical nursing school? You may questioned on any of the domains listed in the NCLEX-PN test plan fundamentals, patient safety, pediatrics, pharmacology, delegation & prioritization, dosage calculation, maternity/obstetrics, geriatrics, med-surg, psych/mental health, nutrition, any body system--GI, gu, neuro, integumentary , cardiac, respiratory, endocrine, renal, musculoskeletal ,

The test is individualized based on candidate performance. No two tests are the same. Read up on NCSBN about computerized adaptive testing.

Thank you, and no I did not graduate from a school I am challenging based on military experience.

In a previous post you stated you haven't worked in patient care in over 7 years. You will be at great disadvantage without recent experience. Go to Barnes & Noble or your local library and check some of the NCLEX-PN text books. Review the NCLEX PN test plan on the NCSBN website. This isn't an exam you can cram for or compare your exam to others. Good luck.
