Hello! I'm from China and I'm currently on F1 visa OPT, looking for hospitals that sponsor work visa or green card. I got master's degree last November and have Michigan RN license. Does anyone know anywhere?

Are you specialized? H1b is a specialist visa so you will be expected to have at minimum BSN and experience. Immigrant visa you will need to find employer willing to wait currently 5 years for a visa to be current so you will need to maintain some sort of legal status whilst waiting
No, the master's was generalized. Some home care agency told me they sponsor H1B. I believe they will put position to something like quality assurance to apply. I figured it's hard to find a place that sponsors. Will a master's specialized make a difference? Like midwifery?

Put your profile on Monster.com. Many employers look there. Good luck.
Thank you! I will try.
H1b for home care will come under the General allowance which is released in April with October start if successful in obtaining one. General covers everyone like IT, these visas are usually gone in hours. Hospitals attached to universities tend not to be capped so employers can apply anytime and you can start working once approved.
Finding employer that is willing to pay lots of $$$$ for your visa will be the hardest thing
Can you explain more about "hospitals attached to universities tend not to be capped"? See if I got a H1b from home care, will I be able to transfer it to a hospital that accept work visa employee?
H1b is specific to job so different employer means new visa. H1b visas are generally capped but if you research the visa you may understand it more

What do you mean starts in october?
The start date on on H1B approval letter is october.
were they able to sponsor you? If you have masters you will qualify for EB2. What is the field of your master's degree?
