Valley Health in Winchester seems to have some "RN 1" (new grad) jobs. http://www.valleyhealthlink.com/jobs -- they've added language about RN applicants and RN 1 nurses to a lot of their job postings that I've seen, so it sounds like new grads could apply. :) Good luck!
I am also a new grad and work at Chesapeake Regional Hospital as a CNA and can't find a job as a New Grad RN. The hospital i'm in is also not hiring new grads right now. So what do you do when you passed your boards and can't find a new grad RN position. I'm in the state of virginia, hampton roads. Please help.
Is it true that if you graduate from a hospital program such as Sentara or Riverside, then the new grads there usually have first priority for new grad jobs leaving those who attended a 4 year college or community college as second choice? The hospitals seem to hire their own first, thus making it harder for the others. So really, is that the way it works? If so maybe that is why it is so much harder for some new grads.

I recently graduated in May, and passed the NCLEX about a month ago. I have applied anywhere, but cannot find a job. What hospitals in VA are hiring new grads???
