Who is doing a CPNE workshop? It sounds like many are doing Sherri's Online or have Rob's Cd. Is anyone doing a hands on workshop and if so which one, where, when? I would really love to a skills workshop if one was near Central US.
I am curious... the private tutor workshop thing... How much are they charging?for how many hours, do you get follow up after, do you have to bring your own lab supplies? Give details
I'm not sure how much details I can put here due to Tutor does not publicize like Sheri Taylor or Lynn, or other CPNE workshop. I will see if I can get permission to post details but just to give you an idea: you get one on one skills teaching for 3 days and another time period closer to your CPNE wknd. You will also get the CPNE Study guide broken down into manageable parts with the critical elements/careplan assigments. So far all who went with this tutor passed CPNE. Send me a PM and I'll give you a little more details.
Oh...I forgot to include: Of, couurse you would not bring your own supply!!! The setup is exactly like the SIMS LAB @ EC or other Workshops!
Remember this is an ex-CE of EC and also a current Professor @ a school of Nursing!
If you are thinking about a workshop I would highly recommend www.necworkshop.com. 3 days of intense hands on sstudying, and practice the hours go from 8am until 10 pm or later, and the cost is VERY VERY reasonable. Also the careplanning workshop is fantastic and give you 3 scenarios weekly of Patient Care Scenarios. If you would like details PM me. I take my CPNE next weekend and feel 125% prepared because of my attendance and participation in Tina Logan's workshop.

That's great Determine2b!! That is a great way to learn!!! I don't think there's a better teacher than a past CE/CA.
