Hello all
I passed my NCLEX RN with Illinois board recently. I am an Indian nurse, currently working as RN in the UAE. My state of Chargeability is Kuwait.
I would like to continue my practice in the US. May I know which is the best international recruiter whom I can contact for a hassle-free immigration for me and my family?
Awaiting quality replies from your past experiences. Thanks a ton in advance.
Alex.

A lot will depend on where you plan on living and working but the biggest issue is finding a sponsor willing to wait for over 10 years for you to arrive in the USA and work. Current EB3 visa times are a PD of 2004
Thank you Silverdragon102. As my place of birth is Kuwait, will it increase the processing speed?
Yes as the visas are allocated on place of birth but really before looking for an agency I would suggest getting registration sorted as you will have to do most of the paperwork so may as well save some money

Hi Alex
I am also an international nurse and I am hoping to register and take the NCLEX with the Illinois board. I am finding the paperwork a bit confusing and was hoping you might be able to help me as you have been through the application process.
How do you submit your fingerprints if you dont live in the US? I also cannot find the affadavit required if you do not have a SSN! Also with CGFNS, will they accept a visa screen report or only CES? Also do I need to register with continental testing and pearson for the NCLEX?
Sorry for all the questions and I appreciate any help I can get :)
Hi Dabser, I am trying to answer your queries step by step as per my experience.
Submitting fingerprints if living outside US - First of all, you must have 3 pieces of FD258 fingerprint cards. Fill in your personal details, take it to your local police, pay the required fee and they will make your finger prints with their seal and date. Then you have to send the finger print cards to "A Fingerprinting US Photo" Chicago. Along with finger print cards, you have to enclose your recent 2" by 2" photo, your passport copy and a demand draft of USD 55 drawn in favour of "A FINGERPRINTING US PHOTO".For more details, please contact [email protected]
CES and Visascreen - CES report is just a report issued by CGFNS where one copy will go to Illinois Dept of Financial and professional Regulation (IDFPR) and one copy will be mailed to you. Based on your CES report, IDFPR will decide on your eligibility to write NCLEX RN exam. Visascreen is another certificate that is issued after you pass NCLEX RN and TOEFL/IELTS (TOEFL/IELTS may be waived by IDFPR based on your CES report)
Continental Testing Services - CTS is an external body authorized by IDFPR to handle applications of all nurses those who wish to be licensed in Illinois. Yes, apart from applying to CGFNS for your Credential Evaluation, you have to apply separately to CTS for writing NCLEX RN exam.
A Fingerprinting US Photo, once received your fingerprint cards, will mail you acknowledgement receipt. While applying to CTS, you have to send that receipt to CTS along with a demand draft of USD 98 drawn in favour of "CONTINENTAL TESTING SERVICES". For more details, please contact ****
Pearson Vue - Pearson Vue is the agency which administers NCLEX RN exams all over the world. After IDFPR declares you eligible, you will receive Authorization to Test mail (ATT). ATT is valid for 90 days, where you have to appear for NCLEX-RN exam within 90 days. Once received ATT, you have to register with Pearson VUE and schedule date for your test.
Hope this clears your query.

No best recruiters out there. Immigration is not fair, it's basically a race to see who can finish first.
The smart people are the ones who can cut to the front of line and make it to USA, the others get left out in the cold.
It is basically dog eat dog scenario on Immigration to USA, I don't like it either but that is the way it is in US Immigration
Wow, thank you so much for that information Alex, I really appreciate your help, thanks again :)

There's already a well discussed thread on the very subject (aimed for all TX applicants) you are looking for in this forum section.
Do a little bit more researching here and you'll find them and will pretty much answer a lot of your concerns and questions.
In fact, it was a step-by-step processing guide.
Thanks steppyBay. Please kindly direct me to where my subject was discussed
