...are they all pretty much opaque? I have to buy some white scrubs. I love my Barco scrubs, but I'd have to order them online and want to make sure they aren't see through.

Depends where you get them from--some brands are pretty thick, so you can't see through them, others are so thin you can see everything! If you do get them and they are see through, just wear a white T-shirt underneath, and possibly tights/leggings underneath. Also.....neutral (skin coloured) underthings make a big difference.

where i work, we MUST wear white! it sucks, but everyone does it, so you don't feel so bad. i wear landau and don't really have a problem with them. i also wear tan underthings so that really helps too. good luck finding white scrubs you like!

I have observed that the Dickies and Cherokee brands of white scrubs are quite thick and, therefore, not see-through.

Jasco (online and in catalogues) sells both pants and tops that they advertise as "Can't See Through 'Em" :)
I bought the pants for graduation and am quite pleased. The fabric is heavy enough and woven well enough that you definitely are not seeing through them, and they are very comfortable to wear; I wear them for work. I also have two Cherokee white tops: one with embroidery all over the front that you can't see through at all; the other is a thinner white that is still less likely to show, but I wear a tan bra with it to be on the safe side

Wal*Mart has some nice thick ones. Beige microfiber undies cover any issues of show-through AND the horrors of VPL - visible panty line.
