White Memorial New Grad (Versant) Residency March 2015

I decided to start a thread for those that have applied to the White Memorial Medical Center New Grad program for March 2015. Good luck to everyone that applied!

I think I'm getting all these residency programs confused because I don't remember submitting any other documents. I'm pretty sure I didn't because I don't remember writing an essay. Do you think they would accept it attached to the questionnaire? I hope this doesn't ruin my chances!!!!

The instructions on the job description for WMMC were pretty confusing! I didn't submit any documents either. But on the job application, it said that the following items must be furnished:

1) Questionnaire, emailed to [email protected]2) Two letters of reference from nursing school instructor or former health care manager

3) Essay describing your professional goals for the next 5 years

4) Unofficial transcript from school of nursing

5) A professional resume

However, it did say that they may be furnished after acceptance into the program, which is confusing to me. Maybe they only ask for it if invited to an interview! Don't worry, there was no place to submit any documents on the online app, so I'm sure you're okay @yellowbean314!

Hi guys! ALL applicants automatically receive 10 questionnaires, right?

I received the same 10 questions that someone posted that they had received in a past post. As far as the professional resume, I'm sure they have it as it was used to prefill my application. Essays I don't believe you need to furnish until after you accepted a position. They may ask for you to bring a copy of your transcript and letters of recommendation to the interview. I remember seeing that on the website.

Has anyone else tried to submit the questionnaire? I've tried to send my answers to both the recruitment email address and the [email protected] but both email addresses don't appear to be valid and my emails keep getting returned. Is anyone else having this problem or know exactly what email we should send the responses too? Thanks in advance.

No, I haven't sent mine in yet. You replied to the email that they sent the questionnaire to you and it bounced back?

Yeah I tried to send mine to each email address and they both bounced back. Not really sure what to do at this point.
