  1. Hi Gizelle22, Thank you so much for outlining your story for me. It really put me at ease. I was freaking out earlier because I wasn't sure if I had passed my NCLEX when I got that vague letter from the BRN that didn't confirm if I had failed or passed haha. Yes I did receive my signed agreement and according to your story, I should be receiving my license on January 19th! My paperwork with the BRN has been complete for quite some time now so I'm just hoping for no random delays. Thanks so much again for the assurance. It makes me feel so much better. This process has been very tough on us, but I know that we'll get through it. In the future I really want to spearhead a moment to change the appeal process for future nurses who are applying for an RN license. The process needs to be a bit more streamlined. All we want to do is help those who are in need of assistance. It doesn't make sense that we shouldn't be allowed to do so for making a mistake or two in the past. I can honestly say that this whole experience has made me grow tremendously as a person. I'll make sure to keep you updated. Thanks Gizelle22. I wish you the best of luck moving forward.
  2. Gizelle22, Also around December 20th I sent an email to the governors office filing a complaint against the BRN. I was later contacted by phone by someone who is part of the Department of Consumer Affrairs and she said that I should be receiving my license sometime before the end of Jan so I guess im okay? Idk sorry for the rambling. I'm concerned since I've been receiving conflicting info from the BRN which is annoying.
  3. Gizelle22, Thank you very much. Were you sent the date you would be licensed WITH your stipulations or AFTER your stipulations? I got my approved stipulation packet and it was saying that my application would be re-directed back to the licensing unit for my ATT, but I have already taken the NCLEX and have gotten the good pop up. So maybe they sent me this in error thinking that I had not taken the exam. I need to contact them to resolve this because I don't want it to delay my licensing process any further. Thanks again.
  4. Hey Gizelle22, I am in a similar situation as you. I was denied by the BRN in May and signed the waiver. I took the NCLEX in June 2014 and got the good pop up. I've continued to check Pearson and have still gotten the good pop up. Did you get the good pop up? Also, how did the BRN notify you of passing the exam? Did they send you a license in the mail after getting your settlement paperwork was signed by the BRN. If you could quickly outline the timeline of your process it would help me SO MUCH. Thank you very much.
  5. Hey h3rd, thanks for the detailed response. I am in a similar situation like you. I took the NCLEX in June of 2014 and have gotten the good pop up every single time I have tried to look at my Pearson NCLEX results. Did you get the good pop up as well? Also, how did the BRN inform you if you officially passed or didn't pass the NCLEX. I have yet to be officially notified. I am hoping to get my license in January. Thanks any help is appreciated.
  6. @ON_E you took the NCLEX while appealing your case and got the good pop up doing the Pearson trick correct? I got the same thing. I am waiting for the BRN to give me my RN license but do not know if I "officially passed". Can you please tell me how they notified you of passing? I really need some help and would greatly appreciate it if you would respond. Thanks in advance. If you would rather communicate through email my address is [email protected] . Thanks again?
  7. Yeah I tried to send mine to each email address and they both bounced back. Not really sure what to do at this point.
  8. Has anyone else tried to submit the questionnaire? I've tried to send my answers to both the recruitment email address and the [email protected] but both email addresses don't appear to be valid and my emails keep getting returned. Is anyone else having this problem or know exactly what email we should send the responses too? Thanks in advance.
