Well, since no one has attended all of these schools, you are not really going to get a reasonable comparison. Me personally, I would eliminate the for-profits (Capella, Chamberlain, Walden) and look closely at the other three.
I work for WGU, have two degrees from them AND an Excelsior non-nursing degree. I think WGU gives the best 'bang for the buck'. You can talk to an enrollment counselor, and they can refer you to a grad if you want more in depth info before making a decision (always a good idea). Excelsior and Grand Canyon are also respected programs. Figure out what is most important to you and choose the one that most closely aligns with your needs.
Are you currently in the program? I am trying to start ASAP but what's stopping me is not knowing which school to choose. I am leaning towards WGU
My personal experience is that it doesn't really matter which one you choose. Like anything else, what you learn, you will learn in your job. When hiring candidates, I have never seen a manager look at a resume, then look at what school the person went to and say, oh look at this candidate, this one went to school x, and this one to school z. School z is better. They mainly look at relevant experience. I would choose a cheaper program.

Hello everyone,
I have decided to go to school for Informatics. I am leaning towards applying to WGU because the payment seems reasonable and the school sent me a package explaining everything. However, I have received calls from other schools such as Walden, Chamberlain, and Capella. I am also researching schools such as Excelsior and Grand Canyon. I decided to do this online because the only school closest to my location is NYU and the price to attend that school is through the roof. Please let me know which school has the best program and a respectable reputation.
