Minus the cost of each clinical Preparation; which one is the better choice?

Where did you get a better bang for your buck? I would love to hear many comments please. Thanks!!!!!!!

I went to the Chancellors workshop about 3 weeks before CPNE. It was GREAT. Small class ( Total of 6 students max for each session...) LOTS of hands on experience with the labs, a full week of classroom and lab time, and a full mock PCS at the end of the week. (other workshops do NOT include a mock PCS.)

I truly believe that I would never have passed the CPNE on my first attempt if I hadn't gone to Indianapolis first.

Most people will not be able to give you a comparison if they have not attended more than one program, each presented by a different sponsor. FWIW, some people in this category stated that West Coast Tina's workshop, cheducation dot com, was better than previously attended workshops.

Thanks RNBearColumbus and Caliotter3, Ive heard a lot about the two and some reviews of Chancellors with the exception of mock and number of students attending, which what was exactly what I wanted to hear due to overcrowding and not getting my bang for my buck....

I did not attend any CPNE workshops and passed on my 1st try. I did purchase Rob's CPNE video. I also found lots of helpful hints on allnurses threads and compared them to the CPNE prep packet sent by Excelsior to ensure they were up to date. I also watched a lot of youtube videos and googled many things. I saw lots of things done incorrectly per the current version of my CPNE prep materials but that was ok since I was recognizing the differences versus what is required for the test. I made my own wounds to practice. I think by putting my own study plan together myself, I was very conscientious of the details for all the aspects of the CPNE. I invested a lot of time and effort into preparing myself but the financial costs of my preparing were low.
