I have a test question:

A. Gardening every day for an hour
B. Cycling three times a week for 20 minutes
C. Sculpting once a week for 40 minutes
D. Walking three to five times a week for 30 minutes
Which letter is correct?

I'd say D personally. Depends on activit level. This is a poorly phrased question.

It depends on their physical capabilities. You don't want to risk falls, etc. Based on safety, I would choose "A", since I have such limited info.

How about E.? Whatever the person enjoyed most?
Different people like different things, one senior might find a thirty minute walk enjoyable while to someone else it would seem like a forced road march.
Staying engaged mentally and physically and involved in a variety of areas are the factors that I believe would most lead to maintaining health both physical and mental.
I have never been good at multiple choice questions. :)

I would opt for 'D' simply because it more varied. Walking is great for all body systems.
