If you go here: http://www.aacn.nche.edu/Media/FactSheets/AcceleratedProg.htm you can find a list of accelerated nursing programs. I'm not sure how inclusive it is, but I think it's fairly complete.
Most programs I looked at required Anatomy & Physiology (2 semesters, however that works out at the school you're taking prereqs at), Microbiology, Psychology, Developmental Psychology. Many also required Statistics, Chemistry and General Biology, a few required Ethics or Ethics of Healthcare, I saw a couple of schools that required Abnormal Psychology, and my school required a computer science class. The way I handled completing them was I did the classes they all had in common first while applying and had space in my last semester to do program specific courses once I knew where I was going. I still had to take a couple of classes to set me up for the final semester prerequisites, but overall I think that was the most efficient way to do it.
All programs I looked at had humanities and social science requirements which you will likely have completed during your first degree.
But as Ms.Jazzo says, the only way to answer your question is to roll up your sleeves and check out the websites for the schools. This info should be readily available on their websites.

Thanks for the post! Yeah, that's what I'm figuring I will do now, but my class load seems light this semester... Wondering if it's worth it to take a class like Nutrition eventhough it doesn't seem like most programs require it?
You and I seem to be in the same boat. Look at it this way would you rather miss out on applying for a program because you did not take nutrition or developmental psy?? I sure don't soI plan on taking em because I do not want to waste another year of my life doing work I do not enjoy. Best thing to do is make an excel file with a list of schools and their pre-reqs. It helps me narrow down what I really want to apply to
My headers are belo:
Schools Chemistry Nutrition Psychology Developmental Psychology Summer Fall Spring Pre exam GRE Tuition CPR Personal Statement Letters of recommendations Application deadline Program length School contact information
List the school check off what is needed at each.
Not sure where your located but UF does not require a lot but it requires the GRE.
Wow you're right UF doesn't require much, but you can only be taking one class during the spring :/
