Where is the McBurney's point?

I always thought the image above shows the right location of McBurney's point. However, in the Lippincott's Q&A review, they said the McBurney's point on a 10-year-old is a little above the umbilicus on the R.

Who is right and where exactly is McBurney's point?

The pic you posted is correct.

know it's been a long time since you posted this but I wanted to put the correct information out there for anyone using this site as a study aid and finding this thread by search (like me )
