  1. I always thought the image above shows the right location of McBurney's point. However, in the Lippincott's Q&A review, they said the McBurney's point on a 10-year-old is a little above the umbilicus on the R. Who is right and where exactly is McBurney's point? Thanks!!!

R below the umbilicus D). R by the umbilicus The answer Kaplan gives is A. However, I think B is right as the fetus is at breech. Anyone helps me out? Thanks!
