Where to mail RN Endorsement application and DHL doesn't accept PO Box address?

Hi I am currently in the process of RN endorsment in California, graduate from Philippines. I requested all my paperworks to my school and when I ask my relative to send it via DHL he was told they don't send to PO Box address (California BON address). Did anybody had an issue before sending documents theough DHL to Ca BON?? I need help...

Why don't you contact the Calif BON directly?

You need an address on your license.

The OP's physical address isn't the issue, the physical address for the CA BRN is.  He or she is trying to have her transcripts sent from the Philippines to the CA BRN, and the service available won't ship to a PO box.

Do you have a current nursing license from a different United States Board of Nursing as one can only endorse a license from another U.S. state?

Otherwise, Internationally educated nurses (IEN) need to apply for initial license by examination.

Yes, I have RN license in another state but would like to endorse it in California.

I just received a response from my analyst after 5 weeks and they said I can mail it to the physical address.
