I recently started working for an agency and they want you to be IV certified anyone know of a place in Indiana? Thanks

RN_815 8 Posts Apr 6, 2005 What agency is that? I work for an agency in Indy and they dont require you to be IV Certified But I do work for CAre staff and I do believe they Iv cert for free if you work for them a certain amount of hours.Good Luck

The problem seems to be that as long as they see you or you say you performed 5-6 successfully IV insertions that was all I ever got. They never gave me a certificate.

I tried them, they said since I wasn't enrolled in their nursing program now I couldn't attend because it is part of the LPN cirriculum now. Funny thing is I graduated from Ivy Tech.
